Committees

The Architectural Committee is responsible for maintaining the aesthetic and structural integrity of the association and enforcing the CC&Rs. They review any applications for modifications, additions, or architectural changes in the community.  

The Architectural Committee’s approval powers extend to compliance with an association’s governing documents and do not serve as a substitute for any ancillary requirements imposed upon a member by local building codes or county ordinances.

The events committee plans different events for the community like BBQs and other special events.  

The communications committee handles all communication for the HOA like this website, the HOA newsletter, Facebook, and Instagram page.
