Annual HOA Meeting 

 Annual HOA Meeting  Official notifications will be posted in the community no less than 10 business days prior to the meeting.  It will also be sent via mail.

Effective Immediately:

All homeowners in violation will start receiving notices and/or fines for the following:

 

*   Unkept Yards   

*   Illegal Parking ( The culdesacs are not parking spots.  You need to ensure that you nor your guests are parked illegally.  You also need to ensure that you are parking in the right direction of traffic.  This also goes for parking and blocking the sidewalks.  Boats, Trailers, and larger commercial vehicles are also included.  If they do not fit in your driveway, they need to be parked in a storage facility and not on the street.)

*  Grass being blown into the streets (It doesn't matter if it is not you personally, your vendors will cause you to receive the notice and/or fine.)

*  Trash cans on the side or front of the home.  (Trash cans are supposed to be out of sight UNLESS you have a form filed with the City of Fort Worth showing that you have permission to place them in front of your garage due to a disability.  Please email a copy of your approval from the city of Fort Worth to info@hoawellingtonpoint.com

If you notice someone in violation, please do not just assume the board and/or volunteers are not doing anything.  Please just take a photo, and send the address and photos to the board at info@hoawellingtonpoint.com.  It is a group effort and the board and/or volunteers also work so we are not driving the neighborhood 24/7.
